Our order will be only accepted for exchange or store credit if the product has the quality problem (size, cooler, etc are not included) and returned in original condition and packing, within 7 days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return.
It is your responsibility to obtain proof that the goods have been returned. Jeoi6 is not responsible for items returned to jeoi6paris.com which are lost, damaged, misdirected or delivered late.
