Orders are usually delivered within 3-7 working days. All packages are shipped with international courier companies, such as TNT. We will send you a link in order for you to track your parcel.

ADDITIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
All our package will delivered from China. You will be responsible for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately can not be reimbursed or refunded by Jeoi6. If you are unsure of the duties, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
our order will be only accepted for exchange or store credit if the product has the quality problem (size, cooler, etc are not included) and returned in original condition and packing, within 7 days from the delivery date. The returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt or a copy in the case of a partial return.
It is your responsibility to obtain proof that the goods have been returned. Jeoi6 is not responsible for items returned to jeoi6paris.com which are lost, damaged, misdirected or delivered late.
